		<description>When I lived in SF I made a smoothie every morning - banana, plain yogurt, frozen berries, splash of vanilla soy milk, and ground flax seeds. Dental Floss and I were best friends. Granola is smoothie - this is one of those why didn&#039;t I think of that moments. Looks delicious and like a perfect start to the morning!</description>
